The comments from my previous post were overwhelming, but also gave me new energy. I wrote that I would be photographing again each and every day, like in a photograph a day project. Unlike in my former photograph a day project I have decied to do my editing of photographs a bit differently. The essence for me is that I take photographs daily, but have no intention of selecting one photograph a day. Sometimes I might select 10 photographs while another week it might as well be one photograph.
Making photographs helped me a lot this week. Many of the ingredients of a pleasant composition helped me structure this week’s chaos.

Hoi Wouter, spreken mij erg aan deze opnames, erg mooi!
Hartelijke groet,
Jan
Bedankt Jan. De afgelopen dagen was het echt heel mooi in het bos. De sfeer wat mystiek en licht heel egaal.
Great to see these pictures! Please post what you have available in pictures. These are gorgeous and a pleasure to see!
I sure hope more will follow Chris.
I am looking forward to them Wouter!
Fantastic! Your photographic spirit is back. A collection of beautiful zen-like photographs. Thanks for sharing!
Marco
Voilá! Composition… mastered.
Your photography inspired my like none other. Thank you.
Thank you Marco, António and Stephan.
Glad you are refreshed. Inspiration is hard to come by.
Inspiration wasn’t really my problem. Getting my act together and being able to refocus again. That is what feels like a relief now.
Fijn Wouter om weer nieuwe platen van je te zien! Blijf in the flow!
Er gebeurt gewoon te veel om altijd in de flow te blijven Pim. Zo reëel ben ik wel, maar het is fijn om dit gevoel ieder geval weer gehad te hebben.
Back on the blog again? Why not. It’s worth every picture.
Vielen dank KUM.
Love the ‘pause’ photo. : )
Really like the first picture!
Thank you Hana and Matt.
Heading for focus. Pausing in paradise. Constructing emptiness. Finding light in the darkness. Finding directions is difficult but framing it does not only help to structure the weekly chaos but is the blood in the veins & fuel for this great story telling of yours. Thanks for this trip through your week that somewhow is mine week too, Wouter. Beautiful, most beautiful, my friend!
All the best & safe travels, Fritsch.
I hope this trip, without the rough edges, will lead me to new trips, Fritsch. I hope it will work for you too.
I love the lighting where you live. It’s always sunny here, which can get boring. Beautiful shots as always!
Always sunny? I was amazed about the deep blue skies I saw in the States (I mean in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, Arizona and California), but was often excited to see thunderstorms pop up so rapidly. I you would see the winter lightning here for just 10 days you wished you would see the sun again.
These pictures look like painting..and they each tell a story. Amazing work!
Thank you so much.
Wow man, fantastic! Pause and Directions, beautiful!
Direction 😉
I walk along that bench so often, but this light and the fog just did it for me. Thanks.
you are welcome, your photos are very nice, you got big talent
Hello Wouter,
with your eyes you are seeing impressive landscapes.
Congratulations and all the best for your new and ongoing project.
titus
I am not speaking out that I want to succeed it, Titus. But I am thankfully enjoying it (again), And I do wonder why I kept myself away from landscapes for so long.
Wouter,
Great to see a new vigour and direction in your photography. Wishing you the best in your current project.
Nitin
