Life is often like a frame. It can help you to isolate things, to see things that matter.
Sometimes I think it is also a method to survive too. It can help you to see more clearly, but is maybe also a way to exclude the distractions.
Everyday life though comes with lots of distractions. Sometimes though these distractions are needed.
Then chaos reminds you that you need to focus on different things.
Last week was full of chaos. Stress and shortage of sleep. It helped me to perform.
This week I try to find my focus again.
Back to isolation, back to me framing things.
