My son in a moment where he can’t make up his mind between two choices. His autism makes him panic when two options are already too much. Providing him with clear explanations and remaining calm helps him to understand it.

Wouter, this is a great capture. Nice expression. You do not need a new camera. I love your photos you take with the camera(s) you already have.
Thank you for your nice comment Marco. I do love the extra potential of the photographs from a larger sensor camera. And since the DP1 isn’t mine, I consider a camera with a larger sensor an important option for me.
you know the DP1 is yours for quite some time, so not to worry about rushing a decision! you do beautiful work with it and i continue to enjoy as you get more and more comfortable with it. and i do believe it loves your son….
Thank you, I won’t rush Cam. There are so many options. In the meantime I will continue doing what I like, photographing.
I totally agree with Marco. I think it is great that you document your son in this way as it gives us a greater understanding of autism.
And he is tough to photograph. Even when he is in panic or full of fear, he notices my presence with the camera. These feelings frustrate him and doesn’t want to be photographed.
