Mowing or Rechewing

I like compact cameras. I don’t mow about the image quality of my GX100. And yes, there is a difference with the photographs of the Fujifilm E900, but someone said I shouldn’t compare Ricoh sensors with Fuji sensors (apples to oranges). I like the clean and sharp images of the Sigma DP1 too, although I get extremingly frustrated with the software and magenta overcast. I like Foveon somehow, but Bayer too. I don’t mind slow cameras, speed monsters either. But I don’t need perfection. Would there be any fun when everything is perfect?

I should just say: “I miss my f#^&@$g camera a lot!

Mowing or Rechewing
Cows mow or rechew the grass. We keep mowing and rechewing the ever ongoing pixelshow.

  1. Hey, this looks quite good, really,
    Understood about missing your GX100 though :(
    Sent you some ISO 400 S6000 and GRD I files

    With many thanks to the new fantastic options (like negative clarity) in Lightroom 2.

    Thank you so much for your effort Lili :D Really great and appreciated!

    @forkboy: “Why are you spying on cows?”
    At times a life of a cow seems to make more sense. And they don’t care about the camera you use, or the amount of pixels on the sensor, or that you even photograph, or what you do anyway. Life could be so simple.

    @Rachel: Thank you :)

    @Erik: Waiting can take so long :(
